Bridgestone — Industrial building for the mixing process

A five-level industrial building — three of them basements — for the mixing area of Bridgestone's plant in Cuernavaca. The project required geotechnical studies, diaphragm walls and an overhead traveling crane to move molds and raw materials.

Scope of work

• Five-level building: three basements and two upper levels
• Deep foundations and diaphragm walls
• Overhead traveling crane
• Specialized extraction and ventilation systems
• Equipment protection: fire detection and suppression, humidity and temperature control
• Coordination through a BIM model
